Stephen Fairley is
President of Today's Leadership Coaching, Inc, one of Chicago’s premier
executive coaching and training practices. He has eight years of
experience coaching, training, consulting with and counseling executives
and management teams.
Stephen has assisted with coaching, training and recruiting
individual executives, top-level managers and leadership teams. He has
worked with executives, managers and professionals from numerous small
businesses and more than 22 Fortune 500 companies.
Stephen has been

Prior to founding
TLC, he was CEO of TechMaven, a boutique organizational development
consulting firm in Virginia. Since moving to Chicago 7 years ago, he
co-founded and was the CEO at WorldCast Technologies, a hi-tech B2B
startup in the health sciences field while serving as President at Touch
Media, a technology-based company in the restaurant industry.
regularly speaks at regional and national conferences on topics related
to effective leadership styles, executive leadership development, high
performance team building strategies, small business marketing
strategies. He is the author of three books including: Practice Made Perfect (2002), 6 Keys for Successful Leaders, and his
newest book Getting Started in Personal and Executive Coaching (2003).
Stephen is a Registered Corporate Coach through the Worldwide
Association of Business Coaches (WABC), has two masters’ degrees, is in
the final stages of obtaining his doctorate, and in his spare time
enjoys traveling all over the world, fishing, and his home theater.
TOM HORNE, CEO
EXECUTIVE AND BUSINESS COACH
Thomas A. Horne is the former president, CEO and Chairman of Guernsey
Bel, his family¹s business and a world-renowned ice cream ingredients
manufacturer in Chicago. Advancing from General Manager to President to
CEO and Chairman, he built revenues up from $700,000 to over $30 MILLION
in 1995 prior to selling the company. Since then, he has managed various
consulting assignments in privately owned businesses. As a partner, he
developed a new soy foods ingredient and soy milk business named
In 1999, he began applying what he has learned in life, business, and
executive leadership in the focused area of CEO and executive coaching.
His expertise is with CEOs and executives of privately owned and family
owned businesses. He works with clients as a change agent, having as a
goal their internal and external growth and transformation.
He is a visionary leader, has a keen sensitivity of interpersonal
relationships and motivations in private businesses, and understands
firsthand the fears of personal growth and change. He lives through and
according to his values in the practice of CEO and Executive Coaching.

BUSINESS AND SALES COACH
Biff is the Vice-President of Today's Leadership Coaching and as a
Business Coach he specializes in sales coaching. He has a diverse
professional background having owned and operated several small
businesses in six different industries. He has also held sales,
leadership and management positions in the communications,
manufacturing, financial, mortgage, and education industries. He has
spent over 18 years in corporate America and is an expert in sales
coaching and management development. He is a Registered Corporate Coach
through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaching with expertise in
Business and Sales Coaching.
Biff specializes in coaching leaders,
small business owners, managers, and sales teams to significantly
increase their performance and rapidly improve their revenues.
